Overview of the Role


The role involves leading the implementation of education programs, coordinating with district/block/cluster/school-level stakeholders, monitoring, reporting, and ensuring smooth delivery of learning activities.

Job Description


• Lead the implementation of ThinkZone’s programs in the assigned district, ensuring smooth coordination across District, Block, Cluster, and School levels.
• Liaise with district-level education officials (DEO, ADEO, Pedagogy Coordinator) and represent ThinkZone in review meetings.
• Coordinate with Block and Cluster officials (BEOs, BRCCs, CRCCs) to ensure program guidelines, activities, and reporting formats are effectively communicated and implemented.
• Provide support and troubleshoot issues faced by schools, headmasters, teachers, and parents in delivering learning activities, as and when required.
• Collect, compile, and share timely data, information, and reports with district officials and ThinkZone’s central team to support and strengthen program operations.
• Participate in trainings, orientations, and review meetings with stakeholders at district and block levels.
• Address and escalate application or technical issues faced at any level by coordinating with the program and tech teams.
• Travel regularly within the assigned district for monitoring, review, and stakeholder engagement.


Required & Preferred Qualifications


Skill

• Entrepreneurial mindset, a go-getter with excellent analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills in Odia(mandatory) and English
• Ability to work independently while also following a structured process/guidelines
• Some amount of knowledge in program management will be a great asset
• Flexibility to travel (approx. 20 days/month within the district)
• Should have a personal two-wheeler for field travel.

Experience

2-3 years of experience in the social impact sector with at least 1 year of working experience in the education sector
