Overview of the Role


YLAC and TQH are seeking a diligent and organized Admin & Accounts Executive to support the smooth functioning of our operations. This role combines responsibilities across administration, finance, vendor management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks, and comfortable coordinating with vendors, partners, and internal teams.

Job Description


1. Administrative Support
● Oversee office maintenance, housekeeping, and pantry supplies.
● Manage travel arrangements, correspondence, and vendor coordination.
● Handle event logistics including booking venues, setups, and payments.

2. Accounting & Finance
● Process vendor and consultant payments.
● Manage office payments (rent, utilities, Wi-Fi, fuel, etc.).
● Process monthly invoices in Tally and share with clients; maintain payment tracker.
● Track and manage expenses for YLAC and TQH.
● Handle reimbursements, petty cash, and share GST/TDS data with CA on a monthly basis.

3.Payroll Management
● Prepare monthly salary sheets, manage bank transfers, and track leaves.
● Collect monthly consultant invoices and share Form 16A quarterly.
● Manage employee insurance (additions/deletions, e-cards, premium payments).
● Support onboarding of new hires (email IDs, systems access, orientation).

4. Compliance & Reporting
● Maintain TDS sheets and ensure timely challan payments.
● Track and maintain client contract renewals.


Required & Preferred Qualifications


Skill

● Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
● Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel
● Ability to work independently, with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

Education

Graduate/Postgraduate degree (preference for candidates with background in Administration or Finance)

Experience

4–6 years of relevant work experience in administration and finance
