Job Description


• Lead strategy, planning, and execution of education, skill development, and livelihood programmes.
• Manage CSR project implementation end-to-end, ensuring measurable outcomes and sustainability.
• Oversee teams across rural project sites; mentor and guide staff for effective delivery.
• Build strong partnerships with CSR stakeholders, government bodies, and community groups.
• Ensure impact-driven reporting, data-based monitoring, and compliance with donor requirements.


Required & Preferred Qualifications


Skill

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proven track record in CSR project execution.
• Fluency in Marathi (spoken & written) – must, since the role involves close work with rural communities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement & communication skills.

Experience

8–10+ years of experience in programme management (rural/community development focus).
