Overview of the Role


The position is expected to own, implement, and manage the foundational Standard Operational Practices (SOPs) of Bamboo Plantation at the state level. This role involves extensive travel to the project locations. Support effective communications and joint working within and with other teams across the organization and SRLMs.

Job Description


• Build and maintain strong relationships with the State Rural Livelihood Mission (SRLM)
• Provide strategic guidance and support for program implementation
• Capacity build SRLM teams at various levels to enhance program execution
• Monitor program progress and ensure timely completion of activities
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to achieve program objectives
• Document program activities and generate comprehensive reports
