Required & Preferred Qualifications
Skill
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
• Willingness to travel extensively in tribal regions
• Working experience with government departments in convergence or related areas

Education
Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Public Health, or similar fields
Experience
5–7 years of experience in programme implementation and rural engagement
