Plan and implement community development projects Co ordinate with NGOs, government bodies, and local institutions Conduct field visits and evaluate programme progress Facilitate awareness campaigns and capacity-building activities Prepare reports and ensure proper documentation

Required & Preferred Qualifications


Skill

• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
• Willingness to travel extensively in tribal regions
• Working experience with government departments in convergence or related areas
• Language Proficiency: Marathi

Education

Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Public Health, or similar fields

Experience

5–7 years of experience in programme implementation and rural engagement
