Overview of the Role
Coordinate with schools, colleges, and stakeholders to plan educational exposure visits effectively | Manage logistics, scheduling, and resources to ensure seamless execution of visits | Develop engaging itineraries and learning modules aligned with Project Udaan’s objectives | Act as the primary liaison between the Adani Foundation and participating institutes | Monitor and evaluate the outcomes of visits to ensure high impact and learning | Prepare reports, documentation, and case studies for internal and external sharing
Job Description
• Approach schools and colleges, generate inquiries, and manage MIS
• Take permissions from plant departments and coordinate educational visits
• Explain the overall business operations and its functioning in a simple and engaging manner during visits
• Liaise with government officials, school authorities, CSR leads, and vendors
• Handle documentation, reporting, and payment-related processes
• Maintain daily records and share consolidated data monthly, quarterly, and annually
• Manage stock and logistics for materials like T-shirts and caps
• Collaborate with administration, canteen, safety, and business teams for seamless execution
Required & Preferred Qualifications
Skill
• Strong verbal communication and public speaking skills in Hindi, English, and local language
• Logical reasoning and decision-making ability
• Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and MIS tools
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Presentation skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts
• Applicants must be well-versed about the location and surrounding areas they are applying for.
Education
MBA, PGDM or B.Tech graduate
Experience
2 to 5 years of experience in project planning and implementation, preferably in the education sector
