Overview of the Role
AISECT is looking for a dynamic and results-driven State Coordinator to lead our operations and business development across Delhi-NCR and Haryana. This role demands effective leadership coordination and stakeholder management skills to scale impact and drive our programs forward in the region.
Job Description
• Lead and manage state-level operations
• Oversee and support the field team across all verticals
• Build and maintain partnerships with government and non-government agencies
• Ensure effective and timely project implementation
• Expand AISECT’s network university programs and skill development initiatives
• Monitor performance metrics and take complete ownership of achieving state targets
Required & Preferred Qualifications
Education
6-8 years in related field Proven experience in project coordination and stakeholder engagement
Experience
Graduate (An MBA is an added advantage)
