Overview of the Role
We are seeking a part-time Senior Manager – Programme Design and Content to support the Head – Programme Design in developing and refining impactful educational programmes with a focus on Social Emotional Learning (SEL) well-being and foundational education NEP vision dissemination. The role involves supporting content development programme iteration stakeholder engagement integration with implementation teams and documentation of programme impact.
Job Description
1.Programme Design & Content Development
● Assisting designing educational programmes tailored to diverse learner and educator needs.
● Develop or adapt evidence-based SEL and wellbeing content ensuring contextual relevance; support
the integration of emerging themes like FLN STEM SEL and life skills where relevant.
● Regularly review and refine content based on feedback from the Head – Programme Design and field
teams.
● Supporting development of Theory of Change of different programs under education vertical.
2.Stakeholder Collaboration
● Provide back-end support during training rollouts (e.g. refining slides guides and handouts).
● Support on ground training and stakeholder coordination as per need.
3.Coordination with Implementation and Monitoring Teams
● Collaborate with implementation and M&E teams in consultation with Head- Program Design to ensure
alignment of content with field realities.
4.Support in report and proposal writing
● Support documentation of processes and tools that enable smoother programme transfer and
replication.
● Assisting preparing content for conferences publications and donor reports.
● Assisting proposal drafting by contributing data points content outlines and relevant research.
● Ensure quality and consistency of all written outputs supporting internal quality assurance processes.

Required & Preferred Qualifications
Skill
● Proven track record in designing training modules and tools for learners or school-based programs.
● Demonstrated ability to translate theory into practical content; strong writing and editing skills in English
and preferably Hindi or another regional language.
● Strong research writing documentation and collaboration skills.
● Comfort with working part-time in a remote setting with flexibility
Education
Masters degree in education psychology social work or related fields
Experience
● Minimum 8 years of experience in education programme design or curriculum development. ● Experience working on SEL wellbeing life skills and STEM programmes is preferred. ● Proven track record in designing training modules and tools for learners or school-based programs.
