Sir Ness Wadia Foundation (SNWF) was formed in the memory of renowned industrialist and philanthropist Sir Ness Wadia with an objective to empower the underprivileged sections of the society by implementing responsible initiatives towards the important causes such as education healthcare relief & rehabilitation in case of any natural disasters and community development at large. Since its inception on 25th June 1969 when Sir Ness Wadia Foundation was registered as non-profit organization under the Bombay Public Trusts Act 1950 SNWF has been striving to bridge the socio-economic gap existing in our society. Overview of the Role


Program Manager will be responsible for end-to-end management of CSR initiatives from project conceptualization through execution and impact assessment aligned with the organization’s CSR policy vision and strategic focus areas. The role involves stakeholder engagement field implementation reporting and budget monitoring to ensure the delivery of meaningful and sustainable social impact.

Job Description


• Responsible for project conceptualization to complete the life cycle of projects in line with the organizations vision and mission aligned to the thrust areas.
• Conduct project site visits interact with the partners and communities to measure the impact and identify gaps/issues to be addressed.
• Prepare consolidated monthly quarterly half yearly and annual reports on CSR projects activities and periodic presentation to senior management for review.
• Responsible for presentations to senior management for project approval implementation plan resource mobilization execution & field work monitoring progress day to day management of CSR processes and programs data analysis of the accomplished as well as on-going projects preparing reports.
• Conducted surveys in the local villages/communities and identified their needs in education health sanitation and employment skills
• Liasoning with Government Department & NGOs for implementing schemes & projects also with community leaders like Sarpanchs Panchayat Members Local Bodies & Community people.
• Handling independent skill development projects for community youths & women for mainstreaming them in society.
• Evaluating the project proposals received from NGOs and inquiring about the project by being on the ground.
• Coordinate with NGOs / Other organizations in executing CSR programs as well as conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness.
• Monitoring spends to deliver required results in line with planned objectives and connect with finance for timely funds release to NGO s for timely completion of projects.


Required & Preferred Qualifications


Skill

• Strong understanding of CSR regulations government schemes and development sector practices.
• Proficiency in report writing & data analysis
• Excellent in inter-personal and communication skills
• Speaking and reading skills in Marathi & Hindi
• Good knowledge of government systems
• Well versed with MS-office excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Should be ready to travel across country as per project requirement
• Should have worked in the following areas of Village Development - Health & Nutrition Water Management Livelihood & Infrastructure Development

Education

• Master degree in Social Work • Diploma in Rural Development Development Studies or related field.

Experience

Minimum 7-10 years of experience in CSR or in the development/non-profit sector
