Overview of the Role


The Senior Accounts Manager at Learning Links Foundation will play a critical role in ensuring robust transparent and compliant financial operations in support of our mission. Based in Delhi this position demands strong expertise in project-based accounting donor reporting and statutory compliance tailored to the development and non-profit sector. The Senior Accounts Manager will lead end-to-end financial management—including project-wise accounting expense tracking regulatory filings (FCRA GST TDS) and audit coordination—while maintaining meticulous documentation and fostering collaboration with vendors and field teams. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced detail-oriented finance professional passionate about strengthening accountability and impact in the social sector.

Job Description


- Lead project-wise and donor-specific accounting using Tally ERP
- Ensure compliance with FCRA GST TDS and internal financial policies
- Drive monthly closures expense tracking and donor reporting
- Coordinate audits vendors field teams and maintain documentation


Required & Preferred Qualifications


Skill

- Financial Management Expertise – Strong command of project-wise and donor-specific accounting with hands-on experience in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
- Regulatory Compliance – Deep understanding of FCRA GST TDS and other statutory requirements relevant to the non-profit sector.
- Audit Coordination – Ability to manage internal and external audits ensuring timely preparation and accurate documentation.
- Reporting & Documentation – Proven skill in preparing donor-specific financial reports monthly closures and maintaining organized financial records.
- Analytical & Detail-Oriented – High attention to detail with strong analytical skills for expense tracking and variance analysis.

Education

CA / CA (Inter) / Master’s in Commerce or Finance

Experience

5+ years of accounting experience in the non-profit sector
