Overview of the Role


The Project Officer – GDI will support the design execution and monitoring of consultancy assignments on gender equality inclusion and women’s empowerment. The role involves significant field engagement training facilitation stakeholder coordination and contribution to business development.

Job Description


- Design and manage GDI-focused projects
- Conduct field visits stakeholder meetings and trainings
- Develop IEC and training material
- Document progress via reports case studies and MIS
- Support proposal development and client engagement
- Contribute to strategic growth of the GDI vertical


Required & Preferred Qualifications


Skill

- Excellent writing communication and facilitation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; data tools knowledge is a plus
- Strong analytical and multitasking ability
- Willingness to travel (up to 60 days/year)

Education

PG in Sociology Social Work Economics Social Anthropology or related field

Experience

- 5–8 years in gender equality inclusion livelihoods or women’s empowerment projects - Field experience and exposure to SHGs skill development or safe migration desirable
