TNSIF implements robust effective and demand-driven programs working towards national economic reconstruction with a special focus on women. Our three main theme areas are youth employability women entrepreneurship and agriculture and natural resource management.


Overview of the Role


The Assistant Program Manager (APM) will work closely with the Program Manager to ensure effective implementation and delivery of the C2FC/C2C program. Responsibilities include operational execution team coordination data oversight stakeholder engagement and support in scaling initiatives. The APM will drive program success by ensuring timely high-quality outcomes across all operational areas.

Job Description


- Support the Program Manager in implementing the program across designated locations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for smooth execution of training placement and outreach.
- Create data-related processes ensuring timely entry validation and analysis; prepare high-quality reports.
- Monitor program progress and track key deliverables.
- Manage field-level operations troubleshoot issues and ensure adherence to program guidelines and timelines.
- Mentor and support trainers and team members to maintain program quality.
- Assist in designing and rolling out pilot projects or process innovations.
- Facilitate communication with college and corporate stakeholders.
- Ensure documentation compliance and reporting requirements are met in collaboration with data and operations teams.


Required & Preferred Qualifications


Skill

- Exposure to the BFSI sector or experience working with college students is a plus.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills with a process-driven approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with data/reporting tools.
- Collaborative mindset willingness to travel and a passion for youth development.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline; preference for social development business or education backgrounds.

Experience

5–8 years of professional experience with at least 3 years in program implementation or management in the development or education sector.
