Overview of the Role
The role involves driving collaboration and fundraising efforts to support the Annapoorna Morning Nutrition Programme by engaging with corporates PSUs and foundations.
Job Description
- Develop and implement CSR funding strategies tailored to corporates PSUs and foundations to achieve target set forth
- Identify and pursue funding opportunities by building a strong pipeline of leads PAN India
- Drafting grant applications MoUs and fundraising proposals
- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with corporate donors ensure regular updates and impact reports
- Organize donor visits events and engagement activities to enhance visibility of the Trust
- Represent the organization at CSR forums networking events and industry platforms across India to foster networking
Required & Preferred Qualifications
Skill
- CSR Fundraising Expertise: Proven ability to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies targeted at corporates PSUs and foundations.
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Development: Strong skills in identifying qualifying and nurturing funding leads across geographies.
- Proposal & Grant Writing: Proficiency in drafting compelling grant applications fundraising proposals and Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
- Donor Relationship Management: Experience in building and maintaining long-term donor relationships including providing timely updates and impact reports.
- Event & Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to plan and execute donor visits CSR events and engagement activities to increase program visibility.
Education
Bachelors degree. (Postgraduate degree is an added advantage)

5-7 years of relevant experience in CSR fundraising
