Roots Foundation is seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to join our team as Manager – Partnerships at our Gurugram office. In this pivotal role you will lead the development and execution of strategic plans to strengthen the organization’s partnerships and visibility.
Job Description
This individual is responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans creating compelling funding proposals and pitch materials cultivating relationships with stakeholders and enhancing the organisation’s visibility. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong communication networking and organisational development skills.
Required & Preferred Qualifications

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term partnership and business development strategies.
- Business Development: Proven expertise in identifying opportunities writing proposals and securing partnerships or funding.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strong relationship-building and networking skills with diverse stakeholders including funders partners and collaborators.
Education
Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in any social sciences / communications-related discipline.
