We believe that rapid, sustained, and inclusive economic growth is the central fulcrum to accelerate all-round development of a society and nation; it is the tide that can lift all boats.

Overview of the Role

We are seeking an exceptional founding CEO to build and lead the Gujarat Growth Accelerator. The CEO will shape the institution's vision and priorities, recruit and mentor a high-calibre team of 5–7 professionals, build trusted relationships with senior government leaders and industry, and establish GGA as Gujarat's leading independent voice on economic growth policy. Success will be measured by policy impact and tangible improvements in Gujarat's growth trajectory and job creation.

-Build and lead an outstanding multidisciplinary team with a culture of analytical rigour, entrepreneurship and impact.
-Develop evidence-based policy recommendations across manufacturing, exports, infrastructure, urbanisation, ease of doing business, skills, innovation, agriculture and services.
-Build trusted relationships with the Chief Minister's Office, Chief Secretary, senior officials, industry leaders and ecosystem partners.
-Translate analysis into implementable reforms and support government in advancing priority initiatives.
-Partner extensively with leading think tanks, research institutions and universities, leveraging existing knowledge instead of duplicating it.
-Build the organisation's credibility, governance, partnerships and long-term sustainability.
-Represent GGA in public forums and with philanthropic, academic and industry stakeholders.
