Overview of the Role
Lead regional business development by managing a team of Business Development Managers and overseeing FPO portfolios across multiple states. Drive lead generation and promotion of FPOs and agri-enterprises, appraise projects through techno-financial analysis, monitor implementation and loan performance, and strengthen stakeholder networks. Ensure compliance, credit quality, capacity building, and effective recovery while supporting feasibility studies and field-based project oversight.
Job Description
• Leading a team of Business Development Managers and managing the FPO portfolios of few states in the respective region.
• Lead Generation, Business Development and Promotion of FPOs and Agri Enterprises.
• Appraisal of project and preparation of techno-financial report and sanction memorandum
• Monitoring of projects, including field visit and inspection, and submission of monitoring reports and periodical MIS
• Networking with Stakeholders and exploring convergence ?Disbursement and recovery of loans.
• Compliance to processes, regular follow up with clients, capacity building, relationship management, credit management and maintenance of asset quality.
• Conduct of feasibility studies etc.s
• Additional items of work, if any, assigned by NABKISAN from time to time.
Required & Preferred Qualifications
Education
Graduate in relevant fields like Agriculture and allied subjects/Rural Development OR PG in Agriculture and allied subjects/Finance or any other discipline relevant to Agriculture, Management and Rural Development.
Experience
For Graduates Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in the field of Agriculture, Rural Development and Credit. For Post-Graduates Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in the field of Agriculture, Rural Development and Credit. For staff candidates, relaxation in age upto 5 years and in experience upto 2 years would be provided.
