Overview of the Role


"Lead CSR planning and execution by developing annual operating plans and budgets, assessing community needs, and implementing programs across education, health, livelihood, and community development. Manage teams and stakeholders, ensure compliance with CSR regulations, and drive timely reporting and documentation. Support strategic initiatives through innovation, partnerships, and cross-location CSR guidance while building capacity of both community groups and internal teams.

Job Description


Prepare Annual Operating Plan and budget
• Assess needs and requirements of the community, new initiatives and programmes to be started in line with the thrust areas and community priorities

Implementation of CSR activities as per thrust areas (Education, Health, Livelihood, Empower, Community Development)
• Coordinate, manage, monitor and supervise all the community services activities in the target communities
• Providing leadership, guidance, supervision and support to the team for implementation of activities
• Develop new initiatives from time to time

Liaison and Stakeholder Management
• Liaison and coordination with internal and external stakeholders including project company, community organization, panchayats, govt bodies, etc.

Reporting and Documentation
• Ensure proper and timely documentation, reporting, etc., in all aspects
• Ensure compliance with the Company Law requirements related to CSR
• Regular reporting and documentation of all activities
• F&A related reporting and statements prepared

Contribute in the strategic initiatives of the Foundation
• Suggesting innovative ideas
• Exploring partnership with other Company/organization
• CSR support to other locations in terms of advice, collaborate, impact assessment, knowledge sharing etc.

Capacity building of community as well as team
Identify training need and accordingly designing trainings and exposures for community as well as team members


Required & Preferred Qualifications


Education

Masters in social work or any other relevant discipline

Experience

• About 15 plus years of experience in a reputed CSR/NGO or similar organization. Should have experience of leading an initiative and taking independent charge • Excellent written and Oral communication skills in English and Telugu
