Overview of the Role
The Manager – NRM & Climate Change will lead the design, implementation, and scaling of community-centred climate resilience and natural resource management programmes.
Job Description
• Design and manage NRM and climate adaptation programmes
• Integrate climate risk, DRR, livelihoods, and gender
• Provide technical leadership to field teams
• Coordinate with government and partners
Required & Preferred Qualifications
Education
Postgraduate degree in relevant field
Experience
• 8–12 years of experience in NRM / climate programmes • Strong community-based programme experience • Donor and government engagement experience
