Overview of the Role
IPE Global is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition leader to own and drive hiring as a core organisational capability, deeply embedded across projects, practices, and leadership teams. This is a hands-on, immersive role for someone who thrives at the intersection of execution and strategy — translating complex, project-driven talent needs into timely, high-quality hiring outcomes. The role requires strong discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to actively partner with senior stakeholders across geographies. This is not a peripheral or coordination-only role. The incumbent is expected to be personally accountable for outcomes and deeply involved in delivery.
Job Description
End-to-End Talent Acquisition
• Lead and deliver end-to-end hiring across Core, Program, and Project roles (India and international).
• Own role scoping, screening, assessments, interview coordination, offer management, and closure.
• Ensure speed, quality, and consistency across hiring cycles.
Deep Project & Practice Engagement
• Work closely with Practice Heads, Project Directors, and Program Leads to understand evolving workforce needs.
• Participate in regular reviews to anticipate hiring demand and plan proactively.
• Act as a trusted advisor on workforce structuring and sequencing of hires.
Stakeholder Management & Cadence
• Establish and run monthly TA syncs with HR POCs and practice representatives.
• Serve as the central integrator across HR, Finance, CRC, and Business on hiring matters.
• Maintain clear communication, tracking, escalation, and closure discipline.
Systems & Process Strengthening
• Lead TA systems and process initiatives, including ATS optimization, hiring SOPs, and governance frameworks.
• Drive consistency, documentation, and process rigour across hiring.
Workforce Planning & Market Insight
• Support leadership with workforce planning informed by project pipelines, budgets, and talent availability.
• Share insights on market trends, talent risks, and hiring bottlenecks.
Employer Branding & Talent Pipelines
• Strengthen IPE’s presence in the talent market through referrals, campuses, and targeted outreach.
• Build pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
Required & Preferred Qualifications
Skill
• Strong execution discipline and comfort working hands-on.
• Proven ability to work closely with senior leaders and complex stakeholders.
