Overview of the Role


Build and manage partnerships with key state departments, secure financial MoUs, and ensure smooth fund flow. Represent the organisation in government forums and review meetings, align district and block teams for effective program execution, and convert field insights into proposals and presentations. Troubleshoot operational and bureaucratic challenges while ensuring timely coordination and delivery.

Job Description


• Build and manage partnerships with key state departments
• Secure financial MoUs and ensure smooth fund flow
• Represent the organisation in reviews, forums, and government meetings
• Align district & block officials with program execution plans
• Translate field realities into proposals, concept notes & presentations
• Troubleshoot bureaucratic and operational roadblocks
• Ensure timelines, coordination, and delivery stay on track


Required & Preferred Qualifications


Skill

• Track record of securing MoUs or managing government receivables
• Strong credibility across administrative hierarchies
• On-ground implementation experience
• Fluency in the local state language (mandatory)

Experience

• 5–15 years of experience working with/within government systems • Hands-on experience leading government-facing projects independently
