Overview of the Role

"We are seeking a dynamic and experienced policy leader to drive our advocacy and policy development efforts at both national and state levels. This role is pivotal in shaping policy landscapes through strategic engagement with government bodies, policy-making institutions, and key stakeholders. You will lead a talented team of policy professionals, guiding them through rigorous research and the creation of impactful, evidence-based policy recommendations. As the face of our policy initiatives, you will represent the organization in high-level discussions, craft persuasive policy briefs and position papers, and influence decision-making with clarity and purpose. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of policy advocacy, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of stakeholder dynamics.
