Overview of the Role


Support the Head of CSR in planning and executing zonal and national CSR initiatives by conducting socio-economic need assessments, engaging communities, and ensuring audit and statutory compliance. Coordinate with NGOs, local authorities, and internal teams to deliver effective programs, document and report outcomes, strengthen community relations, and drive continuous improvement in CSR practices.

The CSR Manager will assist the Head of CSR in the development and implementation of an agreed CSR plan for the zonecompany The role involves undertaking socioeconomic need assessments engaging affected communities in planning and execution facilitating compliance with internal and statutory audits and commitments The CSR Manager will work closely with external stakeholders NGOs and local authorities and support and coordinate with internal teams as requiredKey Responsibilities Assist the CSR Head in the development and implementation of the CSR plan for the ZonalNational level Undertake socioeconomic need assessments and engage affected communities in planning and execution Facilitate compliance with internal and statutory audits and commitments Work closely with external stakeholders NGOs and local authorities Support and coordinate with internal teams and other units as required Document and report on CSR activities and results Constantly update on CSR issues and identify and implement improvement actions Build and maintain sound community relations.


Required & Preferred Qualifications


Education

PostGraduation in Social Work Social Sciences or Rural Management

Experience

6-10 years of experience in CSR NGO or Development Agency Proficient in computer usage including MS Excel Word and PowerPoint Corporate experience or corporate crossover will be an advantage Exposure to legal compliance CSR projectsprograms communications documentation research and content creation and communication design.
