Overview of the Role

Lead strategic planning and execution to advance TSAT Assam’s mission and long-term goals. Drive market and opportunity analysis, collaborate cross-functionally to integrate initiatives, oversee project delivery within scope and budget, monitor performance through defined metrics, and proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful outcomes.

Job Description

Strategic Planning:
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives that support the TSAT Assam's overall mission, vision, and goals.
Market & Opportunity Analysis:
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential growth areas.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work with various departments and stakeholders to ensure strategic initiatives are well-integrated and supported across the organization.

Project Management:
• Oversee the execution of initiatives, ensuring they stay on track, within budget, and deliver desired outcomes.
• Performance Monitoring:
• Establish metrics and track the progress and success of strategic initiatives, reporting on their impact to leadership.

Risk Management:
• Identify and mitigate potential risks that could hinder the successful execution of strategic plans.
