Overview of the Role
We are seeking a Business Integration Expert to drive non-digital transformation initiatives within Finance Operations. This role focuses on achieving efficiency targets, managing risks, and enabling process improvements by collaborating across operations, business teams, and enabling functions. You will play a key role in ensuring governance and alignment of changes across tools and processes.
Job Description
Conduct assessments to identify and address gaps in the Finance Operations transformation roadmap.Act as a proxy product owner, coordinating with delivery and operations teams.Maximise value realisation and report progress to programme teams.Manage projects for all non-digital initiatives within Finance Operations.Support transformation governance to ensure changes are reflected in VOIS toolchain (Finance, Service and Process Management, Pricing and Charging).Collaborate with enabling functions and service towers to share best practices and break silos
Required & Preferred Qualifications
Experience
14+ years of experience in process transformation, including at least 3 years in Finance Operations.Strong expertise in DB management and stakeholder engagement.Certified in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt or Green Belt), Project Management, and Agile methodologies.Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver measurable outcomes.
