Overview of the Role


The Corporate Finance will head fundraising (equity & debt), M&A, and strategic finance initiatives to drive business growth and diversification. The role requires a seasoned finance leader with strong deal execution, investor relations, and strategic planning experience, preferably in the automotive, EV, or technology sectors.

Job Description


• Corporate Finance Strategy: Lead corporate finance initiatives including fundraising (debt & equity), M&A, and strategic partnerships to support business growth and diversification.
• Deal Execution: Manage end-to-end deal processes — from opportunity identification and due diligence to negotiation, structuring, and integration.
• Investor & Lender Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other strategic partners.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute long-term financial and business plans, ensuring alignment with overall organizational objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business, product, and finance teams to evaluate new business opportunities and drive strategic initiatives.
• Leadership & Team Development: Lead and mentor the Corporate Finance and Business Development teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and performance excellence.
• Market & Financial Analysis: Leverage financial and analytical insights to assess market trends, identify growth opportunities, and support informed decision-making.
• Partnerships & Alliances: Drive strategic alliances and partnerships, overseeing negotiations, integration, and ongoing relationship management.


Required & Preferred Qualifications


Skill

• Proven track record in deal closure, fundraising, strategic finance, and M&A transactions.
• Experience working in fast-paced technology-driven environments; prior exposure to Automotive, EV, or Technology sectors will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with experience in driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Key Stakeholders Internal: CEO, CFO, Business Heads, Finance, and cross-functional teams External: Investors, Lenders, Strategic Partners, Advisors, and Regulators

Education

MBA /CA /B.Tech. from reputed Tier-1 institutions

Experience

minimum of 15- 19 years of progressive experience in Investment Banking and Corporate Finance roles.
