Overview of the Role


Lead social impact assessments and baseline studies while designing stakeholder engagement strategies. Provide guidance on land acquisition, resettlement, and livelihood restoration, ensure compliance with social safeguards and regulations, prepare safeguard reports, manage grievances, and promote inclusive practices to mitigate social risks and strengthen community relations.
