Overview of the Role
Oversee end-to-end operations for B.Ed college partnerships, ensuring smooth onboarding, service delivery, and cross-functional coordination with academic, product, and finance teams. Manage compliance and impact reporting, supervise operational support staff, and continuously optimize processes to ensure timely and efficient execution.
Job Description
• Lead end-to-end operations for B.Ed college contracts.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of colleges.
• Coordinate with academics, product, and finance teams for delivery.
• Prepare compliance and impact reports for stakeholders.
• Supervise an Associate handling coordination and documentation.
• Optimize processes and ensure timely delivery.
Required & Preferred Qualifications
Education
MBA/PG in Operations/Education Management preferred.
Experience
• 6 to 10 years in operations/project management, preferably in higher education. • Strong knowledge of education delivery processes. • Excellent documentation, reporting, and stakeholder management.
