Required & Preferred Qualifications
Education
• Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Statistics, or a related field • Strong foundation in research, data analysis, and impact measurement
Experience
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in M&E, including 3+ years in a senior/leadership role • Proven expertise in designing and managing M&E systems for multi-sectoral programs (NGOs or social enterprises) • Experience in education or child/family-focused programs is highly preferred • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and digital data collection tools • Strong knowledge of qualitative research methods, impact evaluation, and participatory approaches • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
