Overview of the Role
The role focuses on overseeing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring monthly revenue, billing, and collection targets are met while maintaining healthy cash flow and margins. It involves managing client relationships, monitoring project schedules and costs through ISO processes, and guiding teams on financial, technical, and programmatic aspects. The position requires strong leadership, risk management, and communication skills, along with frequent travel and flexibility to work across North-East India.
Job Description
• Ensuring for Monthly Revenue, Billing & Collection targets are achieved.
• Maintaining positive cash flow & project margin improvement.
• Provides primary support and guidance to the financial planning, monitoring, scheduling, preparation, and release of technical/schedule information required for program/project planning.
• Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
• Utilize corporate ISO processes to track project schedule and cost.
• Conducts activities in a safe and healthy manner and works in accordance with established ES&H requirements to ensure the protection of associates, the public, and the environment. Takes actions necessary to stop work when an unsafe condition or action is identified.
• Strong communication skills and business acumen
• Ability to provide technical and programmatic guidance, project management, consultative services, and innovative solutions.
• Strong continuous improvement mindset, strong leadership impact.
• Project management certification or willingness to obtain this soon.
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Be a good team player and an effective leader who can motivate their project team.
• 30%-40% Travel
• Candidate should be flexible to be deputed at anywhere in North-East India for short & long terms.
Required & Preferred Qualifications
Experience
Candidate must have 19+ years of experience in ELV project management, with bachelor’s degree in engineering.
