Overview of the Role
This role is responsible for planning and executing project activities, ensuring they align with program goals and donor expectations. The role involves monitoring progress, maintaining proper documentation and reports, organizing capacity-building initiatives, and fostering strong coordination with government bodies, NGOs, and corporate partners.
Job Description
• Design, implement, monitor, and evaluate project activities
• Ensure alignment with program goals and donor requirements

Required & Preferred Qualifications
Skill
• Proficiency in computer applications and digital tools
• Strong leadership, communication, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Should have a two-wheeler
Education
Master’s degree in Social Work, Public Health, or Rural Development (MBA or equivalent).
Experience
7 - 9 years experience in project implementation specifically in Family Planning, RMCHN and Nutrition Projects.
