Overview of the Role
SEE is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the position of Digital Manager to lead and elevate the digital presence of a high-impact, field-tested maternal and child nutrition initiative-with a bold ambition to scale its approach across India and inform nutrition programming across the Global South.
Job Description
• Develop and implement a digital communication strategy that enhances the program’s national and international visibility.
• Craft compelling, human-centered narratives that spotlight field insights, frontline voices, and impact stories.
• Use digital tools and data to map and engage audiences — from government stakeholders and development partners to media and the public.
• Lead the design and execution of integrated digital campaigns across social media, web platforms, and content partnerships.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to showcase the program on high-visibility national and global platforms — including media, digital publications, and thought leadership forums.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize digital performance metrics to inform content and campaign strategy.
Required & Preferred Qualifications
Skill
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing digital strategies and content plans across platforms.
• Proficiency in content creation and distribution tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, and social media management platforms
• Comfortable working in collaborative, multi-stakeholder environments with fast-moving timelines.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in media, communications, journalism, development studies, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
Experience
6–8 years of experience in digital communications, ideally within public health, development, or advocacy sectors.
