Overview of the Role


This role is to oversee project implementation and ensure quality delivery, support strategic planning and proposal development, strengthen partner relationships, and drive program expansion through collaboration, training, and identification of new partnership opportunities.

Job Description


1. Project management:
a. Ensure all project deliverables are being met as per the defined process, quality and compliance parameters.
b. Ensure that all programs meet fidelity to the model. Identify and resolve situations where fidelity to the model is compromised.

2. Strategic planning:
a. Support the reporting head in the overall strategic planning of projects.
b. Work with the reporting head to develop and draft project proposals for future partnerships.

3. Partner relationship:
a. Build and manage relationships with existing and new partners.
b. Identify future possibilities for creating new programs.
c. Visit partner sites to strengthen the relationship and share feedback, wherever required.

4. Project expansion:
a. Understand the current dynamics of the education sector and identify opportunities for partnerships.
b. Follow up with potential partners and enable partner sign-up.

5. Support in conducting orientation and training of potential partners on the model and essentials for launching a program.
