Overview of the Role


"The Program Manager - QA, M&E will play a crucial role in strengthening the integrity and efficiency of our scholarship programs. This role involves developing robust monitoring systems, conducting internal audits, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures, and leveraging data for program improvement. The Program Manager will also be responsible for ensuring data-driven decision-making, enhancing internal processes, and building the capacity of field teams to uphold quality standards. This position is ideal for someone who brings a keen eye for detail, a systems-thinking approach, and a commitment to equitable access to education."

Job Description


"Conduct Internal Process Audit:
● Develop process maps, SOPs, SLAs in line with project requirements
● Define checklists, data capture tools & risk-mitigation plans to run a robust &
foolproof selection process
● Conduct in-person process audits at all project locations.
● Ensure necessary actions are taken as per defined scheme SOPs
Act as Scholarship Checker:
● Verify selection lists, applicant details,
● Approve final selection lists before sharing with students & partners
Leverage Technology & Automation:
● Create Business Intelligence dashboards
● Integrate latest fintech tools
● Identify tech tools and processes that can be automated to enhance
program delivery and tracking.
● Collaborate with tech team to deploy tools for
Build Team Capacity:
● Conduct training and refresher sessions on developed SOPs, data capture
tools & templates, etc.
● Organize brainstorming & design thinking sessions with location teams Communication & Board Reporting:
● Monthly Reporting of critical incidents & actions taken or required
● Quarterly Project Audit reports
● Maintain communication with the Board, ensuring regular updates on
program progress and impact.
● Prepare compelling presentations, reports, and case studies to showcase
achievements in process integrity"


Required & Preferred Qualifications


Skill

"● Experience in managing educational or scholarship programs. ● 5-6 years of experience in the relevant sector/domain ● Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively. ● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. ● Ability to communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. ● Knowledge of program monitoring and evaluation processes. ● Familiarity with the education sector and scholarship management. ● Strong report writing and data analysis skills. ● Willingness to travel for field visits regularly. "
