Overview of the Role


Looking for a Manager – Business Development to lead fundraising, donor engagement, and partnership initiatives for a reputed Mumbai-based non-profit.

Job Description


• Develop and implement fundraising strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Identify and build relationships with CSR partners, foundations, and HNIs
• Create compelling proposals, pitch decks, and concept notes
• Lead end-to-end donor management and engagement events
• Collaborate with internal teams for proposals, reporting, and compliance
• Track fundraising progress and donor engagement metrics


Required & Preferred Qualifications


Skill

• Strong communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills
• Strategic thinker with strong relationship-building abilities
• Familiarity with CSR and grant management processes
• Proactive, organised, and result-oriented professional committed to social impact.

Education

Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred)
