Overview of the Role


The Manager – Corporate Partnerships will lead strategic CSR partnerships, fundraising, and corporate volunteering initiatives. The role focuses on building long-term alliances with corporates, foundations, and HNIs, driving high-impact community programs aligned with UWBe mission.

Job Description


• Develop & execute corporate partnership and fundraising strategy
• Build CSR & funding pipeline (₹40–50 Cr annually)
• Manage donor lifecycle: outreach → proposals → MoUs → reporting
• Drive employee engagement & volunteering programs
• Align projects with CSR priorities in health, education, environment, livelihood
• Lead and mentor partnership & volunteering teams
• Manage grants & CSR funds ₹50–60 Cr annually


Required & Preferred Qualifications


Skill

• Strong communication, stakeholder & negotiation skills
• Relationship & portfolio management experience
• Project management & strategic planning capability
• Ability to lead teams and drive collaborative culture

Education

Postgraduate (preferably MSW or relevant field)

Experience

10+ years experience, including 5+ years in development/CSR partnerships English & Hindi fluency; Kannada preferred Willingness to travel
