Overview of the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Coordinator to lead our Family Planning and RMNCH+A (Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child, and Adolescent Health) initiatives. This role demands strategic vision, operational excellence, and a passion for public health and community development.
Job Description
Strategic Planning & Execution
• Design, implement, monitor, and evaluate project activities
• Ensure compliance with program goals and donor requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely reporting
Team Leadership & Capacity Building
• Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams
• Identify training needs and organize capacity-building initiatives
Stakeholder Engagement
• Build and maintain strong liaison with:
1. Government departments
2. NGOs and civil society organizations
3. Corporate partners and donors
Reporting & Accountability
• Ensure timely submission of all reports and documentation
• Report directly to the Chairperson
Required & Preferred Qualifications
Education
Master’s degree in Social Work, Public Health, or Rural Development (MBA or equivalent).
Experience
• Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in: 1. Field implementation 2. Project management • Proficiency in computer applications and digital tools • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
