Required & Preferred Qualifications


Skill

• Early career exposure to mass-market industries, now aligned with the social impact space.
• MBA or Postgraduate with strong skills in training, MIS, and analytics.
• Empathetic, adaptable, and capable of thriving in an unstructured environment

Experience

• 15–20 years of experience in Livelihoods, Sales, or Business Development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. • Strong experience managing large teams across multiple geographies.
