Overview of the Role
Lead the monitoring and evaluation (M&E) strategy across education and livelihood programs by designing robust frameworks, indicators, and real-time dashboards. Ensure ethical, accurate data collection and analysis to generate actionable insights for program teams, donors, and government stakeholders. Build M&E capacity through staff training and represent the organization in donor meetings, research collaborations, and policy forums.
Job Description
• Lead M&E strategy across education and livelihood programs.
• Design frameworks, indicators, and real-time dashboards.
• Ensure accurate and ethical data collection, validation, and analysis.
• Translate data into actionable insights for program teams, donors, and government stakeholders.
• Train and mentor program staff on M&E practices.
• Represent the organization in donor meetings, research partnerships, and government forums.
Required & Preferred Qualifications
Skill
• Strong command of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
• Proficiency in statistical and data visualization tools (SPSS, STATA, R, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into compelling narratives.
• Strong leadership, mentoring ability, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Experience
