Are you a deal-closer, relationship-builder, and growth strategist rolled into one? Join us to lead Arthans revenue growth with a bold target of INR 30 crore in FY 2026. You'll play a critical role in expanding our Talent, OD, and Strategy solutions across the social impact sector.

Job Description


• Build and execute a high-performing BD strategy aligned with Arthans service verticals.
• Drive CSR partnerships, consulting contracts, and market expansion.
• Lead and grow a cross-functional BD team of 3-5 people across verticals.
• Meet or exceed revenue targets

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Revenue booked: 10-30 Cr based on level.
• 50+ new qualified leads generated per quarter.
• 10 new client partnerships secured annually.
• Conversion rate from lead to deal closure >25%.
• Team targets met with 90%+ accuracy in revenue forecasting.


Required & Preferred Qualifications


Experience

8-12 years of proven sales/BD experience in consulting, CSR, or development sectors. Must have experience closing large-scale deals (4 Cr+). Preferred: exposure to social innovation, blended finance, or ecosystem-building.
