The September EquiLead Café will be facilitated by Disha Shrivastava, CEO of Adhyayan Quality Education Services. A Mumbai-based back-to-work mother and ex-banker who transitioned from homemaker to CEO and entrepreneur, Disha’s story speaks to the realities many of us navigate.
In this circle, Disha will open up about what it really took to return to work after a break, the transitions along the way, and her journey as a leader in the social impact space.
The Café is not about polished answers, but about stories we can see ourselves in, questions we are all holding, and the learning that comes from listening to each other. Together, as a community of women+ leaders across India, we hold space for reflection, candid exchange, and the reminder that we are not alone in our journeys.
