Requirements
1. Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
2. Bachelor's degree with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Google Workspace.
3. Empathy and understanding of socio-economic challenges faced by Dalit girls.
4. 3+ years of experience in youth engagement, social work, or community development.
5. Knowledge of Dalit rights, caste-based discrimination, and gender equality.
6. Commitment to social justice and empowering marginalized youth and communities
