Job Position:
- No. of Vacancies: 1 (One)
- Qualification: Post Graduate Degree is essential, MBA Degree is desirable
- Experience: 7 to 10 years in the development sector or other relevant sectors, with experience in managing administrative, HR, and related legal aspects of an organization
- Employment Type: Contractual
Job Responsibilities:
- Support in developing, implementing, and updating institutional strategies and policies related to Human Resources and Administration.
- Lead and direct the HR Processes to achieve a healthy and positive work culture through effective communication and engagement of all internal staff through activities like:
- HR recruitment & renewal of staff personnel & manpower planning
- Maintenance of PF, ESI & all statutory compliances
- Supervise and handholding support for the HR processes and general administration of State and District Unit Offices
- Performance Management System - Appraisal
- Assist in legal matters
- Ensure Compensation & Benefits of the employees
- Maintain MIS of staff & submit HR Reports to the management
- Exit And F & F settlement
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital:
- Regular orientation of policies & procedures and support in implementation through different units
- Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the management.
Cost to Company: 70,000/- p.m. (Negotiable as per experience)
