- Manage overall project operations and coordinate with the NGOโs field team and funding agency.
- Ensure project compliance, quality assurance, and effective service provision.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local stakeholders.
- Design and deliver training programs for aspiring and existing entrepreneurs.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress.
- Guide and supervise field staff, focusing on capacity building and beneficiary mobilization.
๐๐น๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ข๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป:
- Maintain effective client relationships and respond to their needs promptly.
- Organize work schedules to meet client deadlines.
๐ค๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ & ๐๐ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ:
- Postgraduate in Rural or Forest Management, Agriculture, Environmental Science, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in enterprise development programs, with grassroots experience in livelihoods based on Natural Resource Management.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, and proficiency in MS Office.
