About the Role:
Train young girls (16–18 years) in retail management and soft skills. Provide career guidance and facilitate job placements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical and soft skill training.
- Provide career counseling and track student progress.
- Maintain employer relations for job placements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Retail Management, Education, or related fields.
- 2–3 years of training experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and communication tools.
