About VOPA
VOPA is dedicated to providing meaningful education, especially for underserved communities, using technology and scalable solutions. With a focus on public policy challenges, VOPA has collaborated with government departments in over 10 districts in Maharashtra to:
- Institutionalize learning outcome monitoring systems.
- Create contextual educational materials.
- Develop special public awareness courses (e.g., road safety).
- Partner with NGOs to explore the use of tech in social policy domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and test survey instruments for impact evaluations.
- Oversee and manage data collection field operations.
- Create and maintain clean datasets and data management systems.
- Support data analysis, report writing, and organizational feedback mechanisms.
- Collaborate with teams and contribute to organizational initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Experience with field surveys (preferred).
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint (mandatory).
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Google Forms, and tools like R and Epi Info.
Preferred Traits:
- Open-minded and eager to learn.
- Willing to share innovative ideas to improve work processes.
Salary
- ₹15,000–₹30,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience).
