Envint (www.envintglobal.com) is a sustainability & ESG services firm, founded with the purpose to shape a more liveable planet for the coming generations. Envint helps businesses progress on their sustainability goals with offerings across multiple service lines, sectors and themes. We currently work with diverse clients in India and overseas, on sustainability integration, responsible investment and climate action.
We work with leading corporates on their sustainability strategy, ESG integration, climate risk assessment, decarbonization & carbon inventory, sustainable supply chain and sustainability disclosures. We also help our Investor Clients (DFIs, PE funds and VC firms) on their ESG requirements across their deal life cycle. We support their portfolio companies on helping roll out ESMS and integrate sustainability into their operations.
Role & Location
We are looking for Sustainability & ESG consultants across multiple levels (from 1-10 years of experience in the relevant domains). The consultant would work closely with the Partners and other team members to help build and scale-up the business across multiple service lines and geographies.
Location: Multiple - Mumbai (preferred), Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Pune, Kolkata.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Leading corporate engagements on ESG integration, sustainability strategy/roadmaps and its implementation, assessments & foot-printing, ESIAs, sustainability targets, decarbonization & climate action, sustainable supply chain and ESG disclosures
2. Leading investor engagements on ESG due diligences (ESG DD), ESMS roll outs, ESG assessments, ESMS roll outs, and ESG integration for portfolio companies
3. Training and development of the delivery team
4. Supporting new business development
5. Internal knowledge development in the areas of focus
Desired profile includes:
1. Masters/Bachelors in Engineering, Sciences or Finance
2. At least 1 year of relevant experience, including client-facing roles and managing teams
3. Strong understanding of global sustainability frameworks/standards and disclosure practices.
4. Orientation to engage with Clients and work as a team player
5. Ability to structure thoughts, analyze data and communicate effectively
6. An entrepreneurial outlook, willingness to take initiative/ownership, and a deep interest in sustainability.
