About the job role
The Subject Matter Specialist MIS will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of the project’s MIS framework. This role involves ensuring accurate and efficient data collection, processing, and reporting to support project goals and decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
- System Management: Ensuring System setting of timely data collection and data entry in various MIS portals/applications
- Data Oversight: Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of data collected and reported through the MIS.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and insights related to project performance.
- Training: Provide training and support to project staff/community cadres on MIS tools and procedures.
- Troubleshooting: Address and resolve any technical issues or system malfunctions promptly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Integrators, Team Coordinators, Districts/Block MIS coordinators and IT teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree Computer Application, Computer Science, Information Technology.
- Proven experience in managing MIS systems, preferably within a projectbased environment.
- Experience in advanced excel and analytical business tools
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data management tools and software.
- Proficiency in English, Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Note - This is a full time position with fixed term contract, renewal based on performance and as per project requirement.
