REQUIREMENTS:
1. At least 5 years of grassroots experience, working with caste-marginalized women
2. Bachelor’s degree holder with proficiency in Microsoft word and Google workspace
3. Passion for social justice and a strong commitment to community organizing
4. Familiarity with local issues, stakeholders, networks, and resources
5. Experience in report writing and documentation
6. Fluency in Hindi is a must. Basic knowledge of English desired but not a must
