About the Organisation

Khushi Baby's primary areas of focus include digital health solutions, health program strengthening, and research & development. Its flagship digital health solution, the Community Health Integrated Platform (CHIP), has been utilized by over 70,000 community health workers and 40,000 villages, reaching 45 million beneficiaries. Among these, over 5 million individuals have been identified with high-risk health conditions and have had their health monitored at the grassroots level. The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has allocated over 160 crore rupees (20 million USD) to support the platform's scale-up

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following areas / activities:

  • Lead the implementation of Khushi Babys programs across Karnataka.
  • Ensure adherence to program objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Supervise, mentor, and provide capacity-building opportunities for field teams.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and ensure team cohesion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local health officials, government bodies, and NGO partners.
  • Represent Khushi Baby in state-level health forums and discussions
  • Organize and facilitate training sessions for field teams and community health workers.
  • Develop training materials and ensure knowledge dissemination.
  • Oversee data collection and reporting mechanisms to track programoutcomes.
  • Prepare detailed program reports for internal stakeholders and funding partners.
  • Ensure program compliance with state and national health guidelines.
  • Identify and address gaps in implementation processes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for state-level government health officials.
  • Advocate for the integration of Khushi Babys solutions within government programs.

What we require:

  • 4-6 years in program implementation within the health sector.
  • Proven experience managing community-based or public health programs across Karnataka.
  • Prior engagement with the Government of Karnataka is preferred.
  • Strong team management and training abilities.
  • Expertise in coordinating with field teams and local health officials.
  • Knowledge of state-specific health challenges and program implementation strategies.
  • Proficiency in Kannada and English (spoken and written).
  • Masters degree in Public Health, Social Work, or a related field.
