Requirements
- At least 3 years of grassroots experience, working with caste-marginalized women
- Bachelor’s degree holder with proficiency in Microsoft word and Google workspace
- Passion for social justice and a strong commitment to community organizing
- Familiarity with local issues, stakeholders, networks, and resources
- Experience in report writing and documentation
- Fluency in Hindi is a must. Basic knowledge of English desired but not a must
